About NH ENERGO
NH ENERGO s.r.o. develops and builds photovoltaic power plants (FVE) and battery energy storage systems (BESS), and supplies electricity and gas. For battery storage, supply and intelligent control are carried out together with the affiliated company FLEXIVOLT, which has been the exclusive Slovak representative of the storage manufacturer ZOE Energy Storage Technology since 2024.
Customers are companies and owners of buildings with the potential for solar plants, storage and electricity supply. Under its 100% prefinancing model, the company builds a solar plant and leases it to the client for an agreed term of 10, 15, 20 or 25 years, after which the plant is sold to the client for €1. The client may buy the plant earlier at the amounts set out in a buyback table. Electricity supply is offered with FIX, SPOT and forward products.
The company was founded on 1 November 2024 and is registered in Košice, Slovakia.
