Nexus Finland

Nexus Finland provides strategic intelligence and advisory on EU–China policy, covering critical raw materials, energy transition and EU sustainability regulation. Services include briefings on the CRMA, Battery Regulation, CBAM, FSR and FDI screening, analysis of Chinese industrial and trade policy, and research on Chinese counterparts, suppliers and competitors.

It also offers supply chain and sustainability advisory for European companies with Asian supply chains, including due diligence on Chinese suppliers, CRMA Strategic Project advisory and EU funding mapping, Battery Regulation due diligence, and CBAM exposure analysis. Customers are European industrials, investors, public bodies, and boards and senior management. Work is delivered as retained advisory, project-based research and board briefings.

Nexus Finland Oy was registered in Finland in autumn 2023, began operations in January 2024 and is based in Espoo. It operates under the auxiliary trade name Osa Technology, which the company describes as founded in 2021 in Hebei Province, China. Since January 2024 the company states it has supported more than 15 clients with market entry, business development, strategic planning and investment facilitation.

The founder reports ten years of operational experience in China (2014–2023), working with provincial, municipal and national government and state-owned counterparts. In 2026 the company decided to refocus on supporting Finnish and European decision-makers with their China operations and strategy.
