About Nextiva
Nextiva sells a cloud platform for business phone service, team messaging, video meetings, email and customer experience tools. Its XBert AI agent handles customer conversations across calls, texts, chat and email, including appointment booking, FAQ answers and call routing. The platform includes an AI-powered contact center product and integrations with CRM, helpdesk and productivity tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and Microsoft Teams.
Customers are businesses from small local firms to larger sales and service teams. Plans are priced per user per month, with an add-on charge per AI conversation, and contact center pricing per agent per month.
