NETPLANET GmbH is an owner-managed Austrian network operator and internet and telephony provider. Its offering covers internet access (fibre, xDSL, MPLS, radio links), VoIP telephone systems, VPN site networking, managed services, hosting, server housing and colocation in certified data centres. The company also provides infrastructure and middleware to other ISPs.

Its customers are business clients and resellers, and the company describes itself as a supplier of complete IT and telephony solutions from planning through implementation and maintenance. The website lists case studies including Haus der Schlösser (hosted terminal servers and site networking), GMS Gourmet GmbH (private cloud and data centre infrastructure) and LOXONE (telecommunications solutions). Revenue is presented as service and connectivity fees; the input does not give a detailed pricing model.

The company states that it was founded in 2006 by IT specialists and has offices in Vienna and St. Valentin, Lower Austria. Its eight open positions are all listed for St. Valentin and cover IT technicians and systems engineers, full-stack and PHP developers, inside sales and bookkeeping.
