About Netgem

Netgem Group provides the netgem.tv platform, a B2B2C streaming TV solution that lets telecom operators offer live TV, replay, VOD, SVOD, AVOD, FAST channels and cloud gaming to their subscribers. The platform also covers application development on all devices. Its Eclair division offers film and TV content preservation, digitisation, quality control and delivery to streaming platforms, using the NEO media asset management system.

Customers are telecom operators, and the group acts as an intermediary between operators and content publishers in video and gaming. Operator customers named on the website include Bouygues Telecom, VodafoneThree and Vialis. The business model shares value with operators based on their number of subscribers.

Netgem was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Paris. The group is listed on Euronext Growth. It also runs a Managed Services division in London and a storage site in Augy (Yonne). The group reported 16.7 M€ revenue for H1 2026.
