Nest Sammelstiftung

Nest Sammelstiftung is a Swiss occupational pension fund (Sammelstiftung) that offers pension solutions for employers and their employees. Pension assets are invested according to ecological and ethical criteria, and the fund excludes companies producing armaments or nuclear installations, those profiting from child labour, and those involved in corruption. Standard and tailored pension plans are offered, along with insured benefits above the legal minimum, such as flexible retirement options and disability pensions from a 25 percent disability degree.

Customers are employers, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, that affiliate with the fund, and their insured employees. The fund is a non-profit organisation: it charges no additional fees for joining, leaving or early withdrawals for home ownership, and surplus income is kept as a reserve or used to improve benefits. The website reports more than 4,400 affiliated companies, more than 34,000 insured persons and over CHF 4.5 billion in managed assets.
