Neocity

Neocity develops white-label citizen mobile apps for French towns, villages and intercommunal bodies (EPCI). The apps run on smartphones and tablets under Apple and Android and combine modules for information, citizen participation and promotion of local services. Modules include notifications, news and agenda, an interactive map, waste collection information, problem reporting, surveys, online procedures and IoT sensors. Municipal staff manage content and citizen reports through a dedicated administration interface.

The customers are French municipalities and intercommunal bodies. The website states that Neocity serves more than 500 towns and villages and over 4 million citizens, and that updates to the app are included in the service.

Neocity was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Paris. It develops and hosts its applications in France and states compliance with GDPR, RGS and RGAA. The company has announced a fundraising from the Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and Sogetrel, and its careers page lists recruitment across several roles.
