About Natwest Boxed
NatWest Boxed provides embedded finance, a platform that lets businesses offer their own branded financial products. Its product lines are Personal Loans, Instant Access Savings and POS Lending, built on a cloud-native technology stack and backed by the banking licence and balance sheet of NatWest.
Its customers are consumer brands and retailers that embed these products in their own websites and apps. Sainsbury's Money, for example, launched personal loans and savings for Nectar members, powered by NatWest Boxed.
Boxed was established in 2022 by NatWest Group. The company has offices in London, Edinburgh and Warsaw and says it employs more than 700 people across locations in the UK and Poland. Its careers pages list openings in engineering and development, product and project management, and banking and finance specialisms.
