Naemos develops plant-based cosmetic active ingredients. It grows plants in a controlled indoor environment, applies elicitation to shape their phytochemical profile, and extracts the actives using water-based eco-extraction, with product lines such as SHISOME, SYNATIS, NIASKIN, CALMELYS, SUNGLOWER and SCAPILYA.

Its customers are cosmetic brands and manufacturers, which it supplies with ready-to-use active ingredients through its commercial team and an international distributor network. The company describes an integrated model covering seed selection, cultivation, extraction, efficacy studies, manufacturing and commercialization.

Naemos is headquartered in Marseille, France, and was founded in 2024. Its R&D centre is housed at Capsum Campus in Marseille, and its manufacturing site has 600 m² dedicated to cultivation and production.
