The joint-stock company was founded on 6 March 2024 and is headquartered in Senica. Its business dates to 1997, when it started as the successor of ZLS, s.r.o., which privatised NAD, š.p. Senica. The company is a subsidiary of a foreign group and is currently recruiting C and C+E licence drivers for domestic and international routes.
