About myspecialist.ch
MySpecialist operates a marketplace that connects customers who need building, renovation and home services with independent specialists such as electricians, plumbers, heating technicians and tilers. Customers' payments are held in escrow until work is completed, and the platform handles quotes, follow-ups, invoicing via Peppol and administrative support for providers.
Providers pay a commission on quotes they win: 10% of the invoice amount under the Full Service plan, or 3% capped at €900 under the Helpdesk plan. A Peppol-only invoicing option is charged at €2 per invoice. The company also offers registration for free and says it receives requests ranging from €1,000 to €150,000.
The company was founded as Myspecialist SA in Montreux, Switzerland, in 2011, and it also runs the Myspecialist marketplace in Belgium. Its website lists offices in Belgium and the Lake Geneva area, and it describes itself as active in both countries.
Product: Online marketplace matching customers with certified home-service and construction specialists, with escrow payment, quoting and administrative support.
