Multiverse

Multiverse sells an AI adoption platform that identifies skills gaps in an organisation through a skills scan, matches it to learning programmes, and delivers expert and one-to-one coaching. Its AI coach, Atlas, connects to the tools employees already use, and progress and impact are tracked across five AI capability areas.

Its customers are large organisations that fund programmes through the UK Growth & Skills Levy, and the learners who take its apprenticeship programmes, which the website says are free for learners. The website states that it works with a third of FTSE 100 companies, has partnered with over 1,500 companies in the US and UK, and has 50,000+ learners across Europe.

Multiverse was founded in 2016 by Euan Blair and is headquartered in London at 2 Eastbourne Terrace. Its German business, Multiverse Germany, originated from the acquisition of StackFuel. The company lists 31 open roles, almost all in London, across sales, engineering, product, people and operations, and a separate page of Germany roles.
