MOQO provides an all-in-one software platform for shared mobility providers. It includes an end-user app, a booking system, a provider portal, fleet management, access control, billing, user management and support tools, with optional white label apps. Vehicles such as cars, e-bikes, bicycles, cargo bikes and vans are connected through telematics units, and the platform offers APIs for integration with accounting, BI, CRM and Mobility-as-a-Service systems.
Customers are companies, municipal utilities, local authorities, housing associations and other organisations that run or plan station-based sharing services. The platform is sold in tiered partner plans (Basic, Pro, Plus and Premium) that add features such as automated billing, API access, white label apps and project-based development.
The company is based in Aachen and states more than 10 years of experience, 250+ sharing providers on its platform, 20 countries, around 9,000 running vehicles and 1.2 million registered users.
