Its consulting work covers digitalisation, performance management, ESG and data-based controlling with Power BI, and the firm says it also implements finance tools such as LucaNet, Agicap and DATEV. It is part of the Moore Global network.

Its clients are medium-sized companies, owner-managed family businesses, private clients and family offices, funds and investors, and companies with holding or participation structures. The firm sells advisory and audit services, and its legal unit, Moore TK Legal, is a separate law firm.

The website states that the firm has over 200 employees at 7 locations, around 60 managers, of whom over 35 are certified professionals (tax advisors, auditors and lawyers), and more than 100 years of experience. It lists locations in Germany and a Luxembourg site for corporate services and fund structures. At the time of capture it had 14 open positions, mainly in tax, audit, consulting and accounting, based in Mannheim, Merzig, Saarbrücken, Berlin, Heppenheim, Oldenburg and remote.
