About Modularwise
ModularWise designs, manufactures and installs volumetric modular buildings. Its main focus is replacing bathrooms, shower rooms and utility rooms in social housing with factory-built modular units, removing the old units and fitting the new ones in less than a day. Modules are finished in the factory, including electrical and mechanical services, windows, kitchens and bathrooms, then delivered to site and installed on prepared bases.
The company works with local councils, housing associations and residential and commercial portfolios across the UK. Projects it describes include kitchen and bathroom pods for 222 homes in Haringey, London, and a 73-home development at Alaska Street, Blackburn, delivered with Places for People. It sells design-and-build projects that include project management and installation.
ModularWise was established in 2002 and is registered as a UK limited company headquartered in London. It is part of the Places for People group. The company is recruiting 10 Assembly Technicians for its manufacturing operations.
Product: Volumetric modular buildings and bathroom, shower room and utility room pods for social housing, with design, manufacture, delivery and installation.
