The company was founded in 2003 by Robert Meyer in Espelkamp, grew out of a printing business and became independent in 2006. Its headquarters and data centre are in Espelkamp, where it has three office buildings. It is a family business and says it has around 200 employees. Current job openings are in software development, IT infrastructure, customer service, marketing and product management, plus apprenticeships and internships, with new teams planned to start in January 2027.
