About MIRRI Developments

MIRRI Developments, s. r. o., acquires land and developer projects on which rental and affordable housing will be built. It is in the founding stage and is wholly owned by the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic.

Land and projects are acquired through public calls with evaluation criteria published in advance, and the acquired assets are held as long-term property. The rental housing is intended for households across Slovakia.

The company was founded by entry in the Commercial Register on 24 October 2025 and has its registered seat in Bratislava – Staré Mesto. Its projects are located in Bratislava – Rača, Vráble and Lučenec. Its first call, No. 012026, closed on 30 July 2026, and in October 2026 it signed purchase contracts for land and developer projects in Bratislava, Vráble and Lučenec. Its share capital is 30,000,000 euro, paid in full. It has no open job positions at present.
