Miroglio Group

Miroglio Group is an Italian fashion and retail group based in Alba. Its Miroglio Fashion division runs nine apparel brands with an omnichannel strategy. The group also includes the Trussardi lifestyle brand, Sublitex, which makes waterfree transfer printing on paper and technical films for textile, fashion and architectural markets, and Filature Miroglio, which produces discontinuous yarn for the fashion industry.

The group sells its brands to women through monobrand stores, outlet centres and e-commerce sites. Its Ipekyol Group is a joint venture with a Turkish fashion company, formed to grow in international markets. The website does not describe the revenue model in further detail.
