Mills AS is a Norwegian food company that produces and markets branded products such as Mills majones, kaviar, Soft Flora, Melange, Vita Hjertego, Plantego, Olivero and Denja. Its range includes mayonnaise, salads, spreads and toasties sold to consumers.

Mills sells to households through retail, and to kantines, restaurants and petrol stations via its Mills Proffpartner unit, as well as to industrial and bakery customers. The website lists its production plant in Fredrikstad and its head office area at Grünerløkka in Oslo.

The company publishes a sustainability report for 2024 and states it switched to 100 percent recycled aluminium tubes. Current open positions include a production role in Fredrikstad and district manager roles for sales regions in Østfold, Innlandet, Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag.
