About mijneigenplan.nl
MijnEigenPlan provides a digital information board and companion app for daily structure in care settings. The board hangs in the group room and shows the day's planning, announcements, tasks and which staff member is on duty. Clients follow their own day in the app on a phone or tablet, tick off tasks and work through step-by-step plans, and staff can adjust the plan remotely.
Customers are care organisations for people with intellectual disabilities (GHZ) and mental health care (GGZ), and private individuals who use the app and online portal without a care organisation. Organisations pay a monthly subscription: a group board package from €54.50 per month, including installation, start-up service and unlimited support, and an app-only package from €32.50 per month.
The company reports more than 300 care organisations, 2,600 information boards and 15,000 clients. The board connects to the ONS rostering system of Nedap, and an API for other systems is in development. The service holds NEN 7510 and ISO 27001 certifications. Co-founders are Ger and Wouter; the team also includes developers, account managers and support staff.
