About Micromech

Micromech Ltd supplies motion control products, systems and associated equipment, including servo motors and drives, stepping motor drives, linear motors and stages, encoders, reduction gears and machine controllers. It acts as a distributor for several manufacturers, including Kollmorgen, Parker, Trio, Akribis and RTA, and its Systems Division designs and manufactures motion systems and industrial control panels to customer specifications.

Its customers are OEMs and end users in medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, packaging and labelling, printing, aerospace, simulation, inspection and test, and material handling. The company supplies individual components as well as fully integrated motion control packages, with pre- and post-sales technical support.

Micromech was founded in 1981 and is registered in Braintree, Essex. It operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, holds UL508A certification for industrial control panels, and is recruiting engineers with motion control experience.
