Mett builds an online platform for community, participation and knowledge sharing. Its product set includes a participation platform for running several engagement projects, community sites and intranets, project websites, and online surveys with built-in statistics. A project module is listed as new.

Customers include local and national government bodies, education institutions, care and welfare organisations, housing corporations and area developers. The platform is built from configurable modules, and Mett also offers strategy setup, platform configuration and training for customers who manage their own environment.

Data is stored in Dutch data centres run by a local partner, with daily backups kept for 14 days. Mett states compliance with BIO, NEN 7510 and ISO 9001, 27001, 27701 and 12207, and says the platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
