It designs and manufactures its own hardware (F-Series firewalls, S-Series switches, A-Series Wi-Fi 7 access points, G-Series 5G gateways, P-Series PDUs), writes the firmware and software, and handles network design, ISP procurement and ongoing support.

Customers are multi-site organizations, from offices and warehouses to large campuses and data centers. Pricing is one predictable monthly fee with no upfront hardware cost, offered in a Professional tier (hardware shipped for a partner to install) and a Premium tier that adds installation and rollout.
