About Metales
Metales is a metal fabrication company in Dolný Kubín, Slovakia. It offers cutting and forming, mechanical machining on lathes and milling centres, and MIG, MAG and TIG welding, including welded structures up to 1500 kg. Surface and heat treatments such as painting, galvanizing, nitriding and sandblasting are arranged through audited partner companies. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
The company focuses on medium- to high-volume serial batches for industrial manufacturers. Export is listed at 90% of its activity. It has a production and storage area of 7000 m2 and states that it has more than 80 qualified employees.
Metales was founded in 1999; its website states that it has operated in metal processing since 1993. It holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification, the latter obtained in 2023. It is currently hiring CNC machine operators and welder-operators for two-shift production.
