Merge sells integrations infrastructure. Merge Unified provides one API for hundreds of third-party integrations that B2B SaaS products embed, and Merge Agent Handler gives AI agents authenticated access to thousands of third-party tools. A third product, Merge Gateway, offers one API for multiple LLM providers.

Its customers include B2B SaaS companies, frontier LLM companies and Fortune 500 organizations. Pricing is per production linked account: a Launch plan starts at $650 per month for up to 10 accounts, while Professional and Enterprise plans are contract-based.

Merge was founded in 2020 by Shensi Ding and Gil Feig. The company describes its team as based in offices in San Francisco, New York and Berlin, and its website lists open roles in engineering, solutions and services, revenue, product and marketing. Merge states it is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR compliant, and a news item on its site refers to a Series B raise.
