About medmix

medmix develops and manufactures high-precision delivery devices and fluid mixing systems for healthcare, consumer and industrial end markets. Its products include drug delivery pen injector systems, dental syringes and delivery devices, bone cement delivery devices, industrial dispensers for one- and two-component adhesives, and beauty applicators such as microbrushes for mascara.

Customers include pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers, and manufacturers in the industrial and beauty markets. The company is organised in two business segments, Healthcare and Consumer & Industrial, covering five units: Dental, Drug Delivery, Surgery, Industry and Beauty. It sells its devices to these customers.

medmix was formed as a spin-off of the Applicator Systems division of Sulzer Group; shareholders approved the spin-off on 20 September 2021 and the company was listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX) on 30 September 2021. It has 14 manufacturing sites and sales offices across Europe, the Americas and Asia, about 2,700 employees and over 900 active patents. Open roles include manufacturing, production planning, quality, metrology, finance and business development positions in the United States, Spain, Brazil, Germany and Switzerland.
