About medipulse.de

MediPulse, operated by Pulse Technologies GmbH, builds software for practice finance and MVZ management. It connects a practice management system (PVS/AIS) and bank accounts to show revenue, costs and liquidity in near real time, with automated analysis and recommended actions. The Praxismanager covers billed services by billing type, location and provider, and the Finanzmanager covers bank-account liquidity, transaction categorisation, forecasts and benchmarking.

Customers are medical practices, MVZs and practice chains in Germany. The company sells subscriptions: the Finanzmanager at 99 € per month and the Praxismanager from 149 € per month, both billed quarterly plus VAT, with an enterprise tier with individual pricing for practices with ten or more full-time practitioners. The website states that more than 300 practices and MVZs use the platform.

The company was founded in 2024 by Kolja Schmid and Alexander Baule and is headquartered in Munich. Its prototype dates from 2023, built with practices and MVZs. MediPulse received the Startup- und Digitalisierungspreis 2025 from ENTSCHEIDERFABRIK.
