About Masa-Metalli
Masa-Metalli Oy manufactures pipe supports, pipe fasteners and related steel structures, finished by hot-dip galvanising, painting or acid-resistant treatment. Products are made to standard specifications or to customer designs. The sliding pipe support (PSK liukukannake) is one of the standardised products listed.
Customers are mainly in the paper and pulp industry, pipe contractors for power plants and wholesalers, and the company also serves smaller customers. Products are typically used in heating plants, power plants and other industrial settings. Deliveries go to Finland, the Nordic countries and elsewhere in Europe, and the company also makes parts as a subcontractor.
Masa-Metalli Oy started operations in 1987 and changed ownership in spring 2022, when Esa Mäki-Turja took over. The production site is in Kauhajoki, Southern Ostrobothnia, with about 4,000 square metres of production space after a move to larger premises partly funded by the ELY Centre and EU rural development support. The company states that it has its products checked annually by an external quality assessor and that all products carry CE marking.
