About MarkeDroid
MarkeDroid builds a home energy service that connects a small box to a home battery and inverter. Its AI-powered planner uses hourly market prices to decide when to charge the battery, run the house from it, or sell surplus electricity. The company states that the system works with more than 40 inverter brands and needs no complicated setup.
Customers are homeowners with solar panels and home batteries in Estonia and Sweden, as well as businesses with larger installations and installation partners. MarkeDroid charges a service fee; its savings and income estimates are presented before that fee. The company reports more than €8M in total customer benefit.
MarkeDroid was founded in 2023 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. It participates in the Energy | Climate Focus acceleration programme run by Beamline Accelerator, which is supported by the Estonian Environmental Investment Centre under the EU Recovery and Resilience Fund.
Product: AI-powered planner and app that controls a home battery and inverter through a small connected box, charging, holding or selling electricity against market prices.
