Mark ID

Mark ID, operating as Mark Sign, provides a qualified electronic signature platform for signing, managing and validating eDocuments. Signing can be done with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, LT ID, ZealiD, SimplySign, USB tokens or smart cards, and the company states that signed documents are legally binding under the EU eIDAS regulation. It also offers a white-label option for signing emails and reminders, an API for organisations, and SMS services for client communication and two-factor authentication.

Customers are businesses and organisations, including banks, insurers, law firms and logistics and car rental companies, named in customer testimonials on the website. Revenue comes from tiered subscription plans (Start, Professional, Team and Organization) that are priced per month or annually, plus purchases of additional signatures.

The company is registered in Lithuania (UAB Mark ID, founded in 2019) with its headquarters in Vilnius. The website is published in English and offers signing with citizens from 54 countries through ZealiD.
