About Marble
Marble is a climate tech venture studio that partners with scientists, engineers and operators to build deeptech startups aimed at cutting emissions, removing carbon from the atmosphere and creating climate resilience. Its 12-month Founders-in-Residence programme works on hard-to-abate climate problems to shape selected ideas into new ventures.
Its customers are early-stage founders, including Founders-in-Residence and people with no prior idea who want to start a climate company. According to the website, Marble provides funding, mentorship, hands-on support and access to experts and potential co-founders, invests in teams at pre-seed, and becomes the first investor and helps raise a seed round when a venture succeeds.
Marble was founded in 2021 by Benjamin Tincq and Jonny Everett and is listed as Paris-based in its job postings. The website says the studio has mentored or invested in 30 companies in fields such as fusion, biotech and AI. Open roles include a growth marketing apprenticeship, a junior venture analyst internship, associate roles in AI & Robotics and in Power & Compute Hardware (Paris), and co-founder and engineering roles for Construction Operations under its UK Marble Residency.
Product: A 12-month venture-building programme for climate and deeptech founders, offering funding, mentorship and support toward a seed round.
