Mantle Services develops cloud-hosted pension management software covering administration, actuarial valuations and asset-liability management. The platform unifies administration, payroll, treasury and accounts for defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, and automates pension calculations. My Pocket Pension is a member self-service app for viewing pension details, running retirement calculations and accessing documents.

Customers include pension scheme administrators, in-house schemes, third-party administrators, actuarial firms, buy-out providers and insurers. Named clients include EY, PwC, the Government Actuaries Department, Nestle and the Isle of Man PSPA. The company licenses its software on a per-policy fee, with a one-time setup fee for implementation.

Mantle was founded in 2014 and states that its origins date back to 2010. It is headquartered in Belfast and has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester, with a team of 35. The company reports over 1,200 live schemes and 1.75m records hosted, and its platform is also offered for the US market. Current openings span developers, data analysts, actuarial specialists and administration roles.
