Signitic is a SaaS platform for creating, deploying and managing company email signatures from one interface. It includes a visual signature editor, templates, banner campaigns that run inside signatures, click analytics, A/B testing, and automatic signature updates when staff join, leave or change roles through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM or HR integrations. An API is also offered. Mailtastic, a German email signature brand, merged with Signitic in November 2025.

Customers are marketing, communication and IT teams at companies. The free plan covers up to 19 employees with one template and one banner campaign. Paid plans are priced per user, with a standard plan at €1 per user (minimum 20 licences) and a custom enterprise plan with advanced permissions, CRM-based targeting and HRIS/SFTP integration.

Signitic was created in June 2018 as an internal tool by Laurent Davesne and is headquartered in Lyon, with offices in Paris, Lille, Berlin, Turin and Warsaw. It was acquired by Positive Group in June 2023; the group reports more than 400 employees across France, Germany, Italy and Poland. The company states it is ISO 27001 certified and that customer data is hosted in Europe.
