About Madesta
MADESTA fabricates welded and prefabricated steel components, including wind tower door and ventilation frames, nacelle parts, tank components, platforms, conveyors and machinery structures. In-house processes include fiber laser, plasma and gas cutting, plate and profile bending, rolling, manual and robot welding, CNC machining and surface protection.
Customers are OEM, EPC and industrial companies in wind energy, energy storage, infrastructure and machinery, served across Europe and Scandinavia. Work is quoted on request from drawings through an RFQ form, and the company sells the manufactured steel components.
Founded in 1999 and based in Riga, Latvia, the company operates a covered production and assembly area of 10,000 square metres and a 145-metre sea quay at the Extron Baltic port terminal. It reports output of about 9,500 tonnes of welded and prefabricated steel per year and holds EN 1090-2 EXC3, ISO 3834-2 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. It is recruiting welders, CNC machine operators, quality inspectors, production planners and sales engineers in Riga.
