About Lydia Solutions

Lydia Solutions operates Sumeria, an online bank account for individuals offering current accounts, budget and project sub-accounts, virtual and physical payment cards, and an assisted savings option called Sumeria+. The services are provided by Lydia Solutions as an e-money institution approved and supervised in France by the ACPR.

Customers are individuals. The Basique offer is free of monthly fees, while the Standard and Noire offers are paid plans, priced at 49.90 € and 109.90 € per year, and Sumeria+ is a separate paid option. The company's earlier Lydia app, launched in France in 2013, offered payments and money pots between friends.

Lydia Solutions was created in 2011 and launched Sumeria in 2024. It has four sites in France: Paris, Lyon, Nantes and Bordeaux. The company states 250 employees and 7 million users.
