LUZBYQ

LUZBYQ s.r.o. provides operational outsourcing services: warehousing and logistics operations, forklift operation, loading and unloading, production line support and industrial cleaning. Under a framework service contract, it takes over an agreed section of a site with its own permanent employees, an on-site coordinator and responsibility for the result.

Customers are manufacturing and logistics companies in the Czech Republic, which pay for the agreed scope under a framework contract; the website describes pricing as set per scope and invoicing as agreed in advance. The company states it is not a labour agency and that it does not assign workers under the client's management.

The company is registered in Karlovy Vary, where its address is listed, and describes itself as a Czech family-owned company that works across the Czech Republic. It states it recruits in the Czech Republic and the wider EU and offers its own accommodation and company transport. Its careers page lists permanent employment positions for warehouse, forklift, manipulation, assembly, welding and cleaning roles.
