About Loopfront
Loopfront builds a digital reuse platform for furniture, building materials and other equipment. Users survey assets, track inventory and locations, share surplus through an internal marketplace and report savings in costs, CO2 and waste. An external marketplace lets companies list and order surplus items.
Its customers are public and private organisations, including municipalities, government agencies, property management and development companies, large enterprises and retail chains. The company states it has more than 90 customers across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany. Named users include Trondheim Municipality, the University of Bergen and Helse Bergen.
Loopfront was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway. It began serving customers in Sweden and Germany in 2020 and expanded to Denmark and Finland in 2026. The external marketplace launched in 2024, and the platform added AI image recognition for surveying suggestions in 2026.
