Categories include fine arts, numismatics, philately, antiques, jewellery, watches, glass and ceramics, and cars. The company maintains an archive of past auctions and a database of authors, which it states is the largest in the Czech Republic.

Livebid s.r.o. is registered in Prague, where it is headquartered. The platform has been operating since 2013, according to the company. The team lists founders, product and customer support roles, and auction operators.
