About Lighthouse Finland

Lighthouse Finland Oy operates Eddie's Fish & Chips, a food truck at Hanko East Harbour serving fish and chips and tofu and chips, with takeaway and seating outside the truck. The fish is Finnish zander, the potatoes and peas are Finnish, and the flour and tofu come from local producers. The company also offers renewable-electricity-powered operations and MSC-certified fish, as stated on its site.

Customers are walk-in diners in Hanko and visitors, plus organisers of private events. The company caters for company events, weddings, birthday parties, festivals and expos, usually for 50 to 200 people, with the menu agreed with the client. Revenue comes from food sales at the truck and catering. Payment is accepted by cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Epassi.

The company is registered in Tammisaari and was founded in 2022. It was founded by Jon Lindström and Ville Vuorelma, who live in Western Uusimaa and have worked in tourism. The truck's seasonal schedule includes Hanko East Harbour in summer 2026 and festival appearances at Ekenäs Höstmarknad and the Slow Food Festival in Billnäs.

Product: Fish and chips and tofu and chips served from a food truck, plus catering for private events.
