LICON s.r.o. develops, manufactures and sells heating convectors for floor, wall and facade installation, along with heating exchangers, regulation and accessories. It also sells VENTBOX heat-recovery ventilation units, and its website reports a firmware release v2_500 for them from 1 September 2026.

Customers are building projects and installers in the Czech and Slovak markets, served through the sales network of KORADO, a.s. The company offers atypical and custom-made production to customer requirements, and its website says its products are used in buildings in many countries. Revenue comes from product sales.

The company states it was founded in 2004 as LICON HEAT s.r.o. and continues the heater production tradition of LIKOV. It has operated a production plant in the Sever industrial zone in Liberec since 2009, with 2400 m2 of production area and 1000 m2 of storage. It has been part of the KORADO group since 2013 and merged ThermWet s.r.o. into it on 1 March 2024.
