About LICC

LICC operates ice cream and coffee carts across Norway and Sweden, staffed by young people aged 14 to 17 on their first paid jobs. The company also offers ice cream service for events such as office parties, summer celebrations and weddings.

Customers are walk-up buyers at the carts and organisers who book an LICC cart for an event. The company is registered in Norway as LICC AS, with its headquarters in Oslo, and was founded in 2022.

The first season, in Oslo, ran in 2023. The website reports 309 young people employed in 2024 and 935 in 2025, and lists over 100 carts from Tromsø to Mandal, with a 2026 target of 1,000 in Norway and 200 in Sweden. The company also promotes the toGet.work app for summer, part-time and extra jobs for young people.

Product: Ice cream and coffee served from staffed carts, plus ice cream service booked for events.
