LGBT Great

LGBT Great is an Allied People Group company that offers services to organisations on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The website lists inclusion benchmarking, role models and allies programmes, talent attraction, training, thought leadership and a mentoring programme. It also operates an LGBTQ+ careers job board at community.lgbtgreatcareers.com.

The customers are employers seeking to attract, retain and develop LGBTQ+ talent, and job seekers who use the inclusive job board. The website invites employers to post jobs and become careers partners, but it does not state pricing or the revenue model. Its thought leadership includes research reports such as the 2025 global report "For All: The Power of Allyship and belonging" and a report on LGBTQ women in the workplace.

The website describes the company as an award-winning global B2B platform. It does not state a founding year or headquarters location. Open listings on the careers site cover early careers, graduate, intern and apprentice talent communities, and a mentoring programme. Upcoming events listed include a 2026 research focus group and the "Do Something Great Live: 2026" event.
