About Leep Group

Leep Group is a UK collective of training providers, including Back to Work, Leep Talent and Leep Trade. It offers apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, trade certifications, CPD and short courses, and higher-level professional programmes. Subject areas include AI, IT (CompTIA-certified), digital, HR (CIPD and CMI), management and leadership, gas, electrical, plumbing and renewables, customer service and logistics.

Customers are individual learners, including people entering work or changing career, and employers that upskill or recruit staff through apprenticeships and bootcamps. The group describes some of its training as fully government-funded and works with national employers, government and community projects, and awarding bodies.

Leep Group was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Stockport, where it runs a training centre. It states that it supports more than 20,000 learners per year and reports a 95%+ achievement rate.
