Leasi

Leasi builds a software platform that combines machine register, maintenance, rental and order management, telemetry data (GPS, emissions, operating hours) and project management for owners and users of construction and plant equipment. Modules include frequency-based maintenance checks, work orders, mobile apps for mechanics and operators, and an AI assistant for querying the fleet.

Customers are construction and equipment-rental companies that share machines across projects, such as contractors, subcontractors and renters. The website names Skanska as a customer. Pricing is described as flexible price models, and the company offers a quickstart package for onboarding.

The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, where it is registered at Pilestredet 17. It supports telemetry from over 100 OEM and third-party providers via AEMP 2.0 and integrates with ERP systems. The website states that it is a small team in Oslo and that it is hiring through open applications.
