About LCR Consulting
LCR Consulting designs and implements automated workflows, internal tools, apps and AI-supported systems for organisations, and runs AI courses and workshops so that client teams can operate them. Offerings include a two-day on-site AI workshop for a whole team, a six-week "From Zero to Live" programme with one workshop a week, a private version of that programme for a single team, mentoring after the programme, and written online courses.
Customers are organisations that want their teams to use AI on real operational work, and individuals who take the courses or the group programme. The website lists these as paid engagements; pricing is not published. The company also states it has moved three businesses off WordPress and plugin setups onto modern stacks, and that it built the Tarnekratt learning platform for logistics education and EYBA.ai for EYBA.
LCR Consulting OÜ is registered in Estonia and based in Tallinn. It was founded in 2025 and was selected for the Tehnopol AI Accelerator. Its founder, Liisi Claudia, previously worked in operations and compliance roles at Wise and SavvyBooks and Deel. The website is in English and the company is active on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Product: AI workshops, a six-week AI capability programme, mentoring and online AI courses, plus custom workflow and app builds for organisations.
