About Lawware

LawWare Limited develops LawWare, an integrated practice management system for law firms. Its modules cover case and matter management, document management, time recording and billing, legal accounts, CRM, email management, workflow, client portals and compliance and risk tools. The software works with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Customers are solicitors and law firms in the United Kingdom, from solo practitioners to multi-partner, multi-site firms. The website states that more than 365 law firms use the product. Onboarding, training and a UK-based support team are offered alongside the software.

The company was incorporated in 1998, and its founder, Managing Director Warren Wander, started the business in 1995. It is headquartered in Manchester and has an office in Edinburgh. A sister company, Your Cashier, provides outsourced legal cashiering and bookkeeping.
