About Labquality
Labquality provides external quality assessment (EQA) services for medical laboratories and point-of-care testing sites. Its programme includes around 250 EQA products covering all major fields of laboratory medicine, along with a digital EQA product line that uses images, videos and virtual microscopy as samples. It also offers audit and certification services for Finnish social and healthcare organisations, and training on quality management, laboratory medicine and point-of-care testing.
The customers are clinical laboratories and point-of-care testing sites. The company serves customers in over 60 countries, and it works with EQA partners and distributors in more than 40 countries who sell and localise the service in their territories.
Labquality was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Helsinki, with offices in Finland and Poland. The team comprises 70 professionals. It organises Labquality Days, an annual international congress on quality in laboratory medicine held in Helsinki. Its management system is certified to ISO 9001, and its main EQA schemes are accredited to ISO 17043. The company is currently hiring a Procurement & Sourcing Lead.
