KreativBau Partner

KreativBau Partner s.r.o. is a construction and property investment company. It buys attic spaces and apartments in original condition or in need of reconstruction, carries out renovations and interior and exterior reconstruction, and resells the finished properties. Its listed services include planning, engineering, visualization, building permits, and trade works such as masonry, drywall, electrical and plumbing installation.

The website describes two customer groups: owners who want to sell a property that is hard to sell in its current state, and clients who commission full reconstructions of houses or apartments. Testimonials on the site mention complete house renovations, demolition and construction of a new house, and roof and insulation reconstruction. Revenue appears to come from property sales and construction contracts, though the website does not state pricing or volumes.
