About Kozijnmakers

Kozijnmakers is a group of Dutch window and door frame manufacturers operating under the brands Merkx Kozijnen, De Waal Kozijnen and Vako Kozijntechniek. The products include custom frames in plastic and timber, and timber-frame construction (houtskeletbouw, HSB).

The website does not name specific customer segments or describe its revenue model. It presents the group as a manufacturer delivering custom kozijn solutions made in its workshops.

De Waal Kozijnen states that it grew from a traditional timber company, founded in 1984, into one of the most modern factories in the Netherlands. Job listings show locations in Veenendaal, Dongen, Bolsward and Veen, with open roles in calculation, work preparation, technical drawing, production and assembly, a BBL timber apprenticeship, and a national service coordinator.

Product: Custom window and door frames (kozijnen) in plastic and timber, and timber-frame construction (HSB), sold under the Merkx, De Waal and Vako brands.
