About Korttelilataus

Korttelilataus Oy plans, installs and operates electric vehicle charging solutions. Its operator service also covers user-specific billing, payment handling, remote monitoring, monthly consumption reports and 24/7 user support.

Customers are housing companies, businesses and public sites such as municipalities. The operator service bills each user for their own charging. The company presents planning, installation, operation, billing and support as a single offering from one provider.

Korttelilataus was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Karjaa, Finland. It grew out of an electric vehicle charging service developed in cooperation by Raasepori Energia and N3M Power, and its owners cite over 100 years of combined experience in electricity networks. Referenced projects include an 18-space charging installation at a housing company parking lot in Peltolanpolku and a 270-space parking hall in Espoo shared by six housing companies.

Product: EV charging solutions for housing companies, businesses and public sites, including design, installation, charge point operation, user billing and remote monitoring.
